INTERESTED IN JOINING US?

Rochford House is aimed at home educated children aged between 5-8 years to begin with.  As our younger pupils get older, our community members ages will keep growing. 

 

We are open for three days a week - on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during term time.  We are going to adapt and evolve in order to continue to meet the interests and needs of the children as they get older, so will be able to accommodate children older than 8 in the future.

There will be regular information sessions available for families who are interested in joining Rochford House. To receive notice of these and other events, you may like to email or call us.

 

At information sessions you will have the opportunity to see the space, meet and speak with Chris and Nyree, hear a presentation on life at Rochford House and receive an information pack and application form. Rochford House has a capacity of 16 children.  Please contact us regarding current availability/ to apply for a place on the waiting list.

 

At the point at which a place is offered to you, you will have the opportunity to discuss with us your child's needs for settling in. The first session at Rochford House will be on a pay-as-you-go basis, in order to discover if we are a good fit. After which, on the basis that Rochford House is right for your child(ren) and family, you will be offered a place for the remainder of the term.  Fees are then paid termly, and half a term's notice is required if you do not want your space for the following term.
